Request removal of your Kirihat EduCare or EduTrack account

Fastest Way: Delete In-App

Open Kirihat EduCare on your phone

Tap the Profile tab (bottom navigation)

Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete My Account"

Confirm in the dialog — your account is deleted immediately

Submit a Deletion Request by Form

Use this form if you cannot access the app. We will process your request within 7 business days.

What gets deleted: Your login credentials, guardian profile, and FCM notification tokens.
What is NOT deleted: Student academic records (attendance, fees, results) — these belong to the school and remain under the school's data.
✓ Request received. We will process your deletion within 7 business days and send a confirmation to your school.
